Girls on the Run/Girls on Track
These two programs are designed to address issues important to girls' self-esteem, physical health, eating disorders, and tobacco and alcohol use. The programs' lessons are structured with age-appropriate discussions and activities. In this way, each girl receives only information suitable for her age group.
